Who We Are

Patrick Litré is a Senior Advisor at Elliott. He joined Elliott in 2025 after a 15-year career at Bain & Company. Mr. Litré is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He works on key strategic initiatives related to management processes, team integration, and organizational capabilities across the firm.

Prior to joining Elliott, Mr. Litré was a Senior Partner at Bain & Company where he led the firm’s global Transformation Practice, People and Organization Practice, and Results Delivery Practice. Earlier in his career, he was CEO and co-founder of Conner Partners, a boutique firm focused on strategic transformational change, and CEO and co-founder of Headstrong, an IT consulting firm acquired by Genpact in 2011.

Mr. Litré holds an MSc in Management-Grande Ecole from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC Paris) and studied theology at the C.S. Lewis Institute.
