Who We Are

Patrick Frayne is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Elliott.  He joined Elliott in 2012 and was made a Partner in 2022.  Mr. Frayne is a member of the firm’s Management, Risk, Valuation, and Investment Committees.  He helps oversee certain performing credit strategies, structured credit products, and interest rate and currency trading.

Prior to joining Elliott, Mr. Frayne was previously a Senior Vice President at BlackRock in Fundamental Fixed Income from 2009 to 2012 and was at Lehman Brothers from 2001 to 2008 in the Global Credit and Principal Strategies divisions.

Mr. Frayne graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Loyola University in Maryland.
